Connecting UE Boom speakers together via the app

In case you want to connect two or more Ultimate Ears Boom speakers together with your phone or tablet, you will have to do that one by one. If this is your first time using UE Boom speakers on your device, you need to find the UE Boom app in the app store and download it. In case it isn’t and you already have the application, you should make sure that both the app and the speaker are up to date.

To check whether your speaker needs an update, you’ll have to connect it to your phone first. After connecting the speaker and opening the UE Boom app, you will find the three dashes in the top left corner of the app which will show you the options. Then, you can click on the speaker you paired. The application will let you know if you need to update the speaker or not.

Then, find the plus button and the Bluetooth button on that speaker and press them at the same time. The last step is to take the second speaker and push the Bluetooth button twice on that one. The range of most Ultimate Ears Boom speakers is about 50 feet or 15 meters. That seems like a lot. But, if you have multiple devices and you move them around your home so they can produce the best sound, you may get carried away.

4. The battery is low

Sometimes, your UE Boom speaker won’t work if the battery is very low. So, you’ll need to check if the power button is red and blinking. In case it is, charge it for a few hours before attempting to pair it again.

5. There is interference
